SPLIT SET

Split Sets are an efficient installation fortification element that works by friction and offers immediate support. It consists of a longitudinally grooved tube, with one end tapered for easy insertion into the borehole.

The Split Set is inserted into a hole with a diameter smaller than its outer diameter by impacting the bolt.

When the bolt is inserted into a smaller hole, forces are generated against the walls of the borehole, creating frictional resistance along the entire length of the bolt.
